Refund and Return Policy

At Riff Journey, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. There will be a $7 or 10% of the item restocking fee, whichever is lower.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and labels included.
We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of mishandling and damage.

How to Return

Contact us at sales@bbguitar.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
